FOUNDERS PROPERTIES SELLS BUFFALO GROVE INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY TO NIMLOK CHICAGO, GLOBAL TRADE SHOW/EXHIBIT MANUFACTURER

Founders Properties announced the sale of 1400 Busch Parkway, a 208,842-square-foot industrial property in Buffalo Grove, Illinois, a Chicago-area suburb, to Nimlok Chicago, a global experiential marketing and trade show exhibit company. Founders was represented by NAI Hiffman | Hiffman National in the $14,625,000 sale, which closed on May 26, 2026.
Nimlok Chicago acquired the property as part of a long-term owner-user strategy that will allow the company to occupy the building’s 141,000 sq. ft. vacancy. Cushman & Wakefield represented Nimlok Chicago in the acquisition.
Located north of O’Hare Airport within Corporate Grove Business Park, the manufacturing and warehouse facility has fully air-conditioned warehouse space, significant power capacity, and heavy parking. At the time of sale, approximately 25 percent of the building was leased.
