Founders Properties, a private real estate investment management firm, announced the sale of two industrial assets located in Plymouth, MN, a submarket of Minneapolis.

The two properties, located at 2100 Fernbrook Lane N. and 2915 Niagara Lane N., in Plymouth’s Volp Industrial Park. Both buildings are fully leased to NuAire Inc. The two Class B industrial buildings total 231,306 SF and are conveniently located off I-494, connecting to various transportation networks across the Minneapolis market.
