The Class A industrial building is located in the infill West submarket of Phoenix, AZ, and is fully leased to a single tenant. It features a 30-foot clear height, abundant dock and grade-level doors, and high-capacity power supply.

 

130 South 83rd Avenue offers easy access to I-10, US-101, and US-202, and is located 17 miles west of the Sky Harbor International Airport.
