FOUNDERS PROPERTIES ACQUIRES TWO-BUILDING, 169,656 SQ. FT. EAGAN, MN INDUSTRIAL PORTFOLIO

Founders Properties has acquired Gateway I & II, a fully leased two-building industrial portfolio spanning 169,656 sq. ft. on Lone Oak Rd. in Eagan, Minnesota for $26.35 million.
​
The properties, which were built in 2016 – 2018, feature functional layouts and modern specs including 24’ clear heights, ample dock doors, and fenced trailer parking supporting a wide range of users.
​
The buildings align well with Founders’ focus on mid-bay industrial assets located in high-density areas with access to critical transportation infrastructure.
​
