Founders Properties (“Founders”), a private real estate investment management firm, has announced the promotion of three key team members, effective April 1. These promotions reinforce Founders’ commitment to developing internal talent that will grow and manage its portfolio of industrial properties and create value for its investors.

• Mitch Hugdahl has been promoted to Vice President, Real Estate Investments. Since joining Founders in 2022, Mitch has been an integral member of the Founders investment team, focusing on acquisitions.
   

• Nick Stilwell has been promoted to Vice President, Finance. Since Nick joined Founders in 2022 as Accounting Manager, he has demonstrated exceptional leadership and teamwork. 
   

• Ben Yarbrough has been promoted to Senior Asset Manager. He joined the firm in 2021 and has been integral to the asset management team.
