FOUNDERS PROPERTIES SELLS 306,000 SQ. FT. INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY IN INDIANAPOLIS

Minneapolis, MN — Founders Properties completed the sale of a 306,000 sq. ft. industrial property in Indianapolis’ premier industrial park, Park 100, to Shear Property Group, an investor and developer of industrial properties based in Indianapolis.
The 306,000 SF facility, located at 5335 West 74th Street in Indianapolis and inside the I-465 beltway, is 100% leased to Langham Logistics, a global management organization specializing in supply chain optimization.
Founders acquired the property in 2023. It offers 32’ clear height and 30 dock doors and is on a 15.16-acre site.
“This asset achieved substantial value appreciation over the hold period due to its location within a highly desired submarket in Indianapolis with low vacancy and high rental rate growth.
