FOUNDERS PROPERTIES SELLS TWO INDUSTRIAL PROPERTIES IN THE TWIN CITIES
Minneapolis, MN — Founders Properties completed the sale of two industrial assets last week, with one in Rogers and one in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota.
The two-building portfolio, acquired by Founders for its Fund V in 2021, was 100% occupied. The buildings were sold in two separate sale transactions for a combined sale price of $27,100,000.
The two properties are:

20600 County Rd. 81, Rogers: This 131,850 sq. ft. industrial property is occupied by Solidify Manufacturing, a leader in high-volume plastic part molding.

6835 Winnetka Circle, Brooklyn Park: This 99,921 sq. ft. industrial property is leased to Velosity, a contract manufacturer in medical device and defense.
