Minneapolis — Founders Properties has acquired Wilton Industrial, a fully leased industrial facility spanning 100,871 sq. ft. on West 78th Street in Woodridge, Illinois, for $21.7 million.

The property, which was built in 2022, features functional layouts and modern specs, including 32’ clear heights, 14 dock doors (expandable to 20), and suite sizes that align with the most active tenant size in the market.

The building is well-positioned within a market exhibiting continued rent growth and limited future vacancy risk. It is fully occupied by two tenants in the food industry.
