Kim is the President of Founders Properties where she oversees the firm’s day-to-day operations, including asset management, dispositions, and finance/accounting. She plays an active role in strategic planning as a member of the Firm’s Management Committee. Kim has over 20 years of real estate investment experience.

 

Since joining Founders in 2016, Kim has completed over $2 billion in property dispositions and financings. Prior to joining Founders, she was a Vice President at Carlson Real Estate Company, where she was involved in acquisitions, dispositions, and asset management. 

 

She is a member of the Urban Land Institute, Pension Real Estate Association, the Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association, and a past President and current member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties Minnesota Chapter. She was recognized by the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal as a 40 under 40 Honoree in 2020.

 

Kim earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.
